Ingredients
- Pack of Sausage
- Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Can Biscuits
- 1 Cheddar & Broccoli Instant Rice
Steps for Cooking
1. Biscuits Prep
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees for the biscuits.
2. Vegetables
Microwave the frozen mixed vegetables on high for 4 to 4.5 minutes. Important: Do not cut the bag as it self-vents. Once done, remove the vegetables from the bag and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Sausage
Take the smoked sausage and cut them in half. Place a pan on the stove over low to medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of water or a small splash of oil. Once the water starts to make very small bubbles, add your sausage and cook to your desired likeness.
4. Rice
In another pan, bring 1.5 to 2 cups of water to a boil. Add your rice into the water and let it cook until it gets tender.
5. Baking the Biscuits
While the rice is cooking, add your biscuits to a tray and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Important: Make sure they are touching while they are baking.
